If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at sales@Satyaprabha Remedies or call us on +919999486606 within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a full refund, or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
Further for exchange/return of the products, Satyaprabha Remedies will issue refund, refund will be processed within 7 working days subject to product inspection.
You may return most new, unopened items within 5-7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (shipping cost will be deducted). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,etc.). Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.
Refund Mode: Refund will be credited to customer thr’ any of the payment mode: Wallet/Netbanking/ Razorpay/UPI
Cancellation Policy: Order cancellation and items not Shipped, in such cases money will be refunded within 48-72 Business Hours after cancellation. Order cancellation can be done within 3-5 days after placing the order.
